High System Performance with SSCNETIII / H
The MR-JE-B is compatible with the SSCNETIII / H optical servo system controller network, which provides fast synchronization and multi-axis system with high synchronization performance and less wiring. In addition, absolute position detection systems can be easily configured with MR-JE-B servo amplifiers.
Precise positioning
The servo motors are equipped with 131072 pulse / turn (17 bit) incremental encoders for high precision positioning and smooth rotation. By optimizing the combination of the number of motor poles and the number of slots, the torque fluctuation during transmission is reduced by 1/4 compared to the previous series. This ensures that the machine operates at a constant constant speed.

Thanks to the vibration damping algorithm that supports the three inertia system, two types of low frequency vibration are damped simultaneously. This function is effective in absorbing vibrations at the end of an arm and reducing residual vibrations in the machine control function. The setting is made via MR Configurator2.
High tolerance to instantaneous power failure
By increasing the main circuit capacitor capacity by 20% compared to the previous model, tolerance to sudden power failures has been increased, reducing machine downtime and increasing efficiency. The possibility of undervoltage alarm is reduced by limiting the torque when a sudden power failure is detected in the main circuit power supply.
Easy monitoring and maintenance
The servo data, such as motor current and position command, before and after the alarm occurs, are stored in the permanent memory of the servo amplifier. This function allows you to check the monitoring values ??on MR Configurator2 and the waveforms of the last 16 alarms in the alarm history ((analog 16 bits × 7 channels + digital 8 channels) × 256 points. Data read via MR Configurator2 helps you analyze the cause of the alarm.

Efficient use of regenerative energy
Thanks to the control circuit and the main circuit using a common power source, the regenerative energy is also used for the control circuit, reducing the wasted energy.
Power monitoring supports energy saving
The servo amplifier calculates drive power, regenerative energy and power consumption from data such as speed and current. Power consumption is monitored in real time with MR Configurator2. Visualization of power consumption supports energy saving.
Motion network connection
The MR-JE series servo amplifiers are available with the SSCNETIII / H interface (MR-JE-B models) and can be used with Simple Motion Modules to enable various motion commands, including target detection, electric cam and synchronous control.
