CPU 1518-4 PN/DP ODK: 
for applications with very high requirements regarding program scope, networking and processing speed and for maximum requirements regarding processing speed. For distributed configuration via PROFINET IO and PROFIBUS DP. The PROFINET interface X2 can be used for connecting additional PROFINET IO RT devices or for fast communication as an I-Device. The PROFINET interface X3 gives you the capability of transferring data at a speed of 1 Gbit/s. The two additional integrated PROFINET interfaces with separate IP address can be used for network separation, for example. The CPU 1518-4 PN/DP ODK allows the execution of functions created with the high-level language C/C++.
